The Charlotte Royals have been a strong program here in North Carolina, and year after year they bring unique and new talent to the court. At the Phenom March Madness, we had a tremendous opportunity to look at the future, and one thing that we noticed was the strong guard duo between 2028 Mack Jordan and 2028 Silas Tate. Both really excelled and impressed on the court, as we break down each of their games. These two should be names to watch out for.

2028 Mack Jordan

Jordan is a prospect that grabs your attention early on with this team. His blend of size and maturity on the court can’t be denied, but one can see that there is a lot of upside left in his game down the road. Jordan has a tremendous feel and presence on the court, understanding how to operate and create, how to get teammates involved and spread the wealth around, and being able to make the right decisions on the court. He is a very smart guard who excels in running the show for his team but also is able to create and score effectively for himself. Absolutely loved his pace and feel.

2028 Silas Tate

Tate, the younger brother of Isaiah Tate, was another guard that attracted our eyes. You can see a lot of similarities between Silas and Isaiah; he is able to be effective as an offensive weapon, getting to his spots from outside, attacks downhill, can hit shots from the perimeter and understands how to produce on the court. Tate makes quality decisions, takes what is given to him, but also plays within the offense extremely well. I’m eager to see how he continues to develop and add more to his game, but he should be on your radar for his class.
