What a great event it was this past weekend, with Phenom Hoops bringing in some of the top talents from South Carolina all under one building. A state that has been rich with talent but at times goes under the radar at times, it seems like there is some incredible talent to be found and we are looking to highlight that even more.

We are going to start off with one of the top players at the camp and a player that was incredibly impressive all throughout, leading the camp at 26.3 points per game, being an absolute force on the court, and dominating the paint and the boards.

We introduced you to Assemian back in January (Click Here) and he has only taken off from there. He has shown to be an absolute physical force at 6’8 down in the paint, carving out space, playing strong with his back to the basket, and bullying opponents around. And he has a knack for just finding ways to get the ball in his hands, especially on the boards.

But he is also quite skilled for a forward, showing the ability to put the ball on the deck, his explosiveness in finishing at the rim, and playing with such a motor/energy.  It is why he should be a player quickly rising up the ranks and boards for college programs; production has been the name of the game and he did that consistently at the South Carolina Top 80.
