Phenom Hoops is bringing another tremendous round of high school games this weekend in Rock Hill, as the Phenom Hoops November Classic will have a blend of talent and competition. You will not want to miss out on all the action, as it will be open to the public but also be live-streamed with The Hoop State Network once again.
