John A. Holmes
Record: 28-2 overall/ 9-1 conference

The Aces finished the season with a perfect 14-0 record at home and fell won three out of four matchups against Washington County, including when they faced off in the playoffs.  It certainly was a strong season, as they made a run in the playoffs before falling to Henderson Collegiate.  Three seniors led the way, all of which finished with double-figure scoring.  Keimonte Raynor was a double-double machine, going for 13.4ppg and 10.2rpg.

Camden County
Record: 17-10 overall/ 6-4 conference

Head coach Mark Harnly was able to secure 17 wins this season, getting it done on the defensive end on multiple occasions. A few back-to-back losses hurt them at times but certainly a season to be proud of.  Senior Tim Aydlett led the charge but they also had a few juniors and sophomore step up when called upon, including 2022 Andre Barnett (7.5ppg).

Perquimans
Record: 13-13 overall/ 3-7 conference

Perquimans started off the season 8-1 and finished 7-6 at home but in a tough conference, they came up just short.  However it is a team that looks to be returning some key talent for next season, as Amarion Hunter and EJ Gatling (both sophomores) finished averaging double-figures and should develop, while Shihene Foreman looks to return for his senior season.

Gates County
Record: 6-17 overall/ 2-8 conference

Tough season overall for Gates County.  Three of their wins came at home this season and struggled at times on the road.  They did secure two wins against Bear Grass Charter.

Manteo
Record: 5-13 overall/ 1-9 conference

Manteo was led by senior Darren Saunders, who averaged over 17 points per game for this team this year.  It was a tough offensive year but their one win in conference came at home in an impressive 62-47 fashion.
