We continue to spotlight rising players throughout the country and one player that you will be hearing a lot more about is 2026 6’1 RJ Livingston. Already one of the premier point guards in the country, he will be showcasing his game more on the big stage once again at Calvary Christian Academy while coming off a strong summer from which he already earned four offers from. Let’s learn more about this rising star and what his game is all about.

Offers: California, Georgetown, Michigan State, St. John’s

Game Description:
“I feel like I am a floor general with natural scoring instincts and excellent feel. I can also create for others, and I feel like I’m one of the best two-way guards in the country.  I like to get my teammates involved however I’m still able to create shots for myself. I’m able to get to the paint by using my body strength and length. I am also a three-level scorer. I can use my left incredibly well, although I shoot with my right. I’m a leader and defensively on ball, I’m great because I use my length.”

Model Your Game After:
“Right now, I think I have like three. Jalen Green, Brandon Roy, and Bones Hyland the way they play is very exciting to watch.”

Excitement playing high school ball this season at Calvary Christian:
“I am very excited because this team is going to be very good and I feel more prepared than last year being in eighth grader on varsity, playing with and against the best players in the country like Marvel Allen, Carl Cherenfant, Taylor and Tyler Hendricks, Brenen Lorient, and Gregg Glenn. I am also very excited because I know we can do a 3-peat for state and go back-to-back for Geico.”

Hoping to show more about his game:
“I’m going to show my leadership a lot more and my game in general; how it has matured.  And I’m also going to show that I can create my shot a lot easier and a lot more for myself.”

Early success in his recruitment:
“I think big offers so early are good but my mindset right now and I’ve been told by my family to “just keep your head down and keep working.” So that right there means a lot to me, and I keep that in my with anything I do.
