South Carolina will have plenty to talk about this upcoming high school season, and one team that I’m personally very excited to watch is Indian Land. Why' It will be because of the dynamic trio that looks to put on a show this year between 2026 Mike Jones, 2024 Sincere Rasul, and 2024 Quay Watson.

Jones returns after an incredible freshman season in which he posted averages of 20.2ppg and shot 51 percent from the floor. And that doesn’t even describe his game, as he has elite speed, is one of the quickest players with the ball in his hands, is a big-time playmaker that creates well off the dribble, and simply knows how to run the show. Furthermore, he can be a game-changer on the defensive end, getting into defenders and creating havoc.

Then you have 2024 Sincere Rasul, a high IQ guard that plays with a smooth feel, can score in a variety of ways, and can not only make plays off the dribble and in transition but also knock down shots from an array of levels. Rasul averaged 17.1ppg last year, also shooting 51 percent from the floor.

Now, you add 2024 Quay Watson who recently announced that he would be transferring to Indian Land, and it gives this program yet another option with an elite scorer. Watson knows how to put a team on his shoulder and make things happen; whether it is creating, scoring off the dribble and over defenders, knocking down threes, or creating for others; he knows how to put up numbers.

Now, these three now join up together at Indian Land this upcoming season and it should certainly have the attention of college coaches and could possibly form one of the best backcourts in the region.  It will certainly be a show…
