4:30 PM Liberty Heights vs. Bull City Prep – Two intriguing duos to watch

What a treat to start the day.  Liberty Heights looks to have a very intriguing duo in ’22 Elijah Jamison and ’23 Silas Demary Jr. Could they be the state’s top backcourt?  We get a glimpse here.  Bull City National also has an intriguing duo with ’22 Mady Traore and ’22 Treyvon Byrd, two athletic prospects with a ton of talent and length.

6:00 PM Westminster Catawba vs. Wayne Country Day – MJ Collins vs. Collin Tanner

2022 MJ Collins leads the charge at Westminster Catawba and for many, this will be the first glance of the year to watch him in action as the Virginia Tech commit has his eyes on a huge season. But watch out for Wayne Country Day, as they have talent as well especially with one of the more underrated prospects in ’23 Collin Tanner. Could this be the time for Tanner to make his name well known?

7:30 PM Northside Christian vs. Combine Academy – ’23 Wesley Tubbs and ’22 Jayden Epps

If you haven’t heard the two names of ’23 Wesley Tubbs and ’22 Jayden Epps, here is your chance.  Northside Christian isn’t shying away from competition, as they get a huge shot early on against nationally-ranked Combine Academy.  Tubbs is the clear leader and will need every bit of his game and energy if Northside wants to get the win.  But they will also have to try to slow down Epps for Combine, who just showed he can put up numbers averaging 39 points vs. Overtime.

9:00 PM Carmel Christian vs. Covenant Day – Carmel on the big stage

Carmel Christian looked poised for a state title last season but came up just short. Now, they are looking to get back and have another chance this year with a few key returning players and new names as well. Playing in front of what should be a sold-out crowd and at home, what will Carmel look like this year? This will be a great chance to see what chip they play with this season.
