Corvian Community had a great season last year, finishing the season with a 27-4 overall record and having a good blend of young talent and experience. Though this team returns much of the same talent from last year, it looks to be clear that Corvian’s clear star is 2027 6’5 RJ Moore and he showed that at the Phenom Team Camp.
Moore is coming off a special freshman season in leading the team and he looks to be ready to take the next step as a sophomore. There is a lot of intrigue with his development and skillset, as he has a knack for being an offensive weapon, being able to score from multiple levels, score over defenders, knock down shots, show crafty handles, and still has a ton of potential left in his game. But it was clear that Moore is taking on the weight once again to be the clear leader for this group and he is a rising talent in the Class of 2027 to start taking notice of more.
