The talent on display at the Phenom Summer Finale was impressive, especially on the girls’ side. Though there were plenty of familiar names, there was one player that absolutely made a statement at the event and walked away as one of the top players we were impressed with.

2024 Quinasia Abercrombie, a guard from Wade Hampton high school, was away leaving a lasting impression on our scouts, and when diving more into her recruitment, she is one that should be on so many more radars.

Putting up multiple 30+ point performances against some of the best players on the court, Abercrombie certainly proved herself in a big way.  But when diving more into her game, this wasn’t just a fluke as she has been doing this event after event, and will once again be leading the charge this upcoming season.

Abercrombie was fully in attack mode, doing an excellent job in creating off the dribble, pushing out in transition, and attacking the defense.  She finished time after time extremely well in the lane, but also scored in a variety of other ways; she couldn’t be stopped.  Abercrombie was able to get where she wanted, when she wanted and just knew how to finish extremely well over defenders.

Right now, she holds an offer from South Carolina State according to her social media page, but from what we saw, she should certainly be on many other program’s radars.  Expect her to have another huge high school season, as we were quite impressed with what we saw.
