It was a great event overall at the #PhenomLadyRumble, as the talent was on full display in Rock Hill and surrounding areas. Check out just a few of the things that were said from the event, as we continue to bring you coverage from the event.


2028 Amelia Newman of HER Elite was unstoppable all weekend at #PhenomLadyRumble from everywhere on the floor. She showed she can shoot the ball at a high clip as well as take you off the bounce with her tight handle. Star in the making!

2026 Katie Leonard a lethal shooter displayed an impressive performance knocking down 10+ threes in one game at #PhenomLadyRumble for NC Attack. She’s definitely one to keep an eye on!

6’2 2027 Brooklyn Twitty led KST to the 17u Orange championship at #PhenomLadyRumble. Dominated the paint. Scored through contact. Rebounded & altered shots defensively.

6’0 2028 Finley Sherrill helped lead Carolina Hornets to the 15u championship here at #PhenomLadyRumble while earning MVP honors. Shoots the ball at a high level. Will be one to keep an eye on in the coming years.

5’10 2027 Aneya Britt earned MVP honors for the 16u division at #PhenomLadyRumble while leading Palmetto 76ers / AWE to the championship. Swiss Army knife. Impacts the game on both ends of the floor.

2029 Jayden Woodland (Carolina All Stars 2027) displays strong vision and court awareness. Sees the floor well, finds teammates, and controls the game.

2027 Kaidyn Atkinson (Carolina All Stars 2027) has tremendous length but also is crafty in her game. Attacking the basket, creating off the bounce, and being a good scoring option for her team.

2026 Lola Richardson (Carolina AllStars) continues to get better each time we see her. Great size of course but showing more of her ability to stretch the overall floor, face up, and knock down shots.

2026 6’6 D’yarri Braddick (Palmetto 76ers) is an intriguing prospect with her overall size and presence in the paint. Competes and battles on the glass, can control the paint, and scores effectively around the basket. #PhenomLadyRumble

2026 Jhnai Sumter (Palmetto 76ers) led a very balanced attack overall for her team. Started off strong in being an effective offensive scorer, making quality decisions, and being a playmaker.

2026 Ava Rush (Palmetto 76ers) was another piece of a balanced attack, scoring early in the first half with confidence especially in knocking down shots. Good range, as she hit multiple threes to help her team.

2028 Ashanti Taylor (HER Elite) is one of the better prospects in the state. Love her ability to create, scoring from multiple levels, making High IQ plays, and helping lead the overall charge.

2027 Lenise Joseph (Carolina Hornets) is such a terrific prospect! Elite level talent and production, efficient, tough, and such a dominating piece on the court. HM schools should be recruiting her hard. #PhenomLadyRumble

2031 Rylee Warren (Charlotte Dream) is so much fun to watch with her ability to create and score for herself. Attacks off the bounce, gets paint touches, and is such an effective weapon.

2027 Amani Barner (Carolina Hornets) will be player to watch this summer. Love her blend of size at her position, creates well, and shows to be a strong scoring option.

2027 Abby Livingston runs the show for Palmetto 76ers/AWE at #PhenomLadyRumble! She controls the tempo from start to finish & gets everyone involved. High motor player offensively & defensively with an above average IQ for the game.

2027 Aneya Britt has what it takes to be a big time player. She gets to her spots on the floor with ease and finishes really well at the rim with great body control. She lead her team to a 2-0 start here at #PhenomLadyRumble

2027 Lenise Joseph had a strong first day at #PhenomLadyRumble for Carolina Hornets 17u EYCL. She’s a dominant force offensively with her ability to score & rebound at a very high level making it a difficult task for any defender. Her defensive play was elite as well.

2026 Chase Thomas (Palmetto 76ers) was one that did an excellent job in showing her ability to find the open spots on the court, knock down shots from multiple levels, and be a strong scoring option.

2027 Ashanti Taylor has showcased excellent vision and playmaking ability today. With great size as a point guard, she prioritizes finding others first and uses her natural ability and athleticism to impact the game on both ends. #PhenomLadyRumble

2028 Justice Alexander is an incredibly well-rounded prospect. She guards her position with intensity, excels in pushing the break, and possesses outstanding vision. With her versatile skill set, she can score effectively from anywhere on the floor. #PhenomLadyRumble

Once again, 2027 Lenise Joseph (Carolina Hornets) is an absolute FORCE on the court. She looked terrific again today, dominating down in the paint, finishing and showing touch, has clearly added more to her game, and excellent on the glass and defensively. #PhenomLadyRumble
