2028 Xavier Hall (CP3)
Hall has been quietly going under the radar, but it is truly time to put him in the names with some of the best bigs in his class for North Carolina. He checks off a lot of boxes early on, and I’m eager to see how he develops more, displaying a strong build, terrific hands, and a physical frame that allows him to be a force down low. Hall’s impact on either side of the court is quite impressive, displaying timing in blocking shots, an absolute beast on the glass, and such a soft touch around the glass. Could see him quickly becoming a national prospect.
2025 Justice Mitchell (Strong Center)
An unsigned senior who deserves to be on a roster next year, Mitchell continues to bring production to the table. I really like his comfort level from a variety of areas on the court, and his impact can be felt in so many ways. He scores the ball effectively, scoring well with a strong feel inside but also doing a nice job facing up and making plays off the bounce. He is a steady presence all throughout and should be a target late for a college program.
2027 Zeke Battier (AWigg Elite)
Battier is one that I find highly intriguing, as I can see the potential and what he could ultimately be in the coming years. At 6’7, Battier has a smooth and fluid overall, first showing his comfort in knocking down shots, stretching the floor, and being a threat in catch-and-shoot situations. However, he has given us more flashes of his overall skillset, scoring off the bounce
2028 Bentley Lusakueno (CP3)
Lusakueno has had a big overall week, being named as the top prospect in the country by ESPN and now coming to the Phenom May Madness to compete. Watching him on several occasions over the last month or so, the 6’9 prospect has a ton of potential that can easily be seen. Lusakueno has a fluid overall feel and incredible length, understanding how to use that to his advantage and create a mismatch on the court. He can score well from outside, getting to his spots but also being capable of putting it on the deck, getting to the rim, and finishing with touch or power. That doesn’t mention his ability to make it difficult for opponents with his ability to rebound and alter shots.
2027 Charles Pur (CP3)
Pur has certainly been one that we have talked about on several occasions, saying that he is a high-major big that we expect to have a huge summer. Every time we get a chance to watch him, he backs up that statement, giving us several factors in his game that you simply have to love. A rim-running big man that moves with fluidity and a motor, Pur can score with touch around or at the rim but also has an exceptional feel in facing up and knocking down mid-range shots. You have to like his overall energy on both sides, competing and looking to make plays, and he continues to be a big that adds more levels to his overall game.
