This game was so good, with so many Division 1 prospects it deserved its own write up.

NC Runnin’ Rebels
6’1” 2018 Chris Barnette
Barnette was the best player on the floor. The point guard took care of the ball, defended the ball hard and made shots with deep range. Without any D1 offers, that is surprising and should change this week. Kid is a winner.

6’5” 2018 KD Burt
One of the toughest players in the event, he is also probably the best rebounder in the event. He works hard and is strong/athletic in and out of his area. Burt finished with 19 points and 15 boards in the win.

6’ 2018 Marque Maultsby
Mautlsby is a tough and hard nosed on the ball defender. He creates havoc for 94 feet for the entirety of the game. Mautlsby showed the ability to get downhill in the half court set and finished with contact. He is a difference maker.

Team Wall
6’2” 2018 Jomaru Brown
Brown has always been a tough and explosive player. A dog on defense, he has always gotten to the rim at will. In this one he made 5 3s, which takes his game to an entire new level. Brown already had James Madison and Georgia Southern, it would not surprise to see Conference USA and A10 schools coming in as well.

6’2” 2018 Malik Johnson
Johnson’s game has taken a step forward over the last year or so. He has developed a great pace on the ball. Able to use his quickness to touch the paint often, Johnson’s explosion and jump shot make him almost unguardable offensively. High majors should take a look and mid majors should be all over him.

6’8” 2018 Kris Monroe
Monroe is so skilled, carrying Boston College and Providence offers, it makes sense. He had ACC and Big East schools baseline watching and with his size and skill set it made sense. More at that level should watch, he is a mismatch problem.
