2028 Andrew Juergens (CP3 EYBL)
Juergens’s growth over the years has been impressive. Standing today, he is a 6’7 “wing who has added a lot to his game and is becoming a true weapon from the perimeter as well as being able to make plays in other areas. He has shown early on his ability to get to his spots and knock down shots with range, being a weapon from behind the arc. But with his size, he brings value in attacking off the bounce and bringing a balanced attack offensively.
2028 DJ Howze (SW15H Elite)
I believe this could be a name to start watching from SW Guilford. Howze impressed me when watching him, helping lead the charge, showing his ability to create for himself, attack and finish strong off the bounce, his ability to get downhill and use his size and athleticism, and be a multi-level smooth scorer. I really like his overall versatility on the court and his positional size early on.
2027 Isaiah Daniels (SC Blazers)
Daniels was a new name personally for me, but he grabbed my attention with his overall athleticism. Learning that he also plays football, it is easy to see that he is one that excels in being assertive and attacking. Daniels consistently embraced contact, got downhill, and flourished in finishing at the rim with his bounce. I do think he could be one to watch more in South Carolina for the Class of 2027.
2028 Zion Johnson (Team United GSO)
Johnson is one you simply can’t miss at his age, already standing at 6’7 and being an impact player that has potential left in his game. You can see that he continues to get bigger and stronger and has more of an understanding of where he can impact the game. He is getting better as a rebounder, runs the floor well, and makes an impact as a rim protector on the defensive side of the ball. We are eager to see more as he continues to add more on the offensive end.
2027 Koen Booker (AWigg Elite)
Booker is one we have watched on a few occasions but in the Class of 2027, he could be a prospect that continues to see his stock rise. He checks off a lot of boxes when you first look at him, being 6’6 and with a strong frame. But he is also one that is comfortable using that to his advantage, operating inside and out well, playing multiple positions, impacting the game in other areas, and showing he can be a strong scoring option on the court.
