When it comes to 2016 point guards nationally, 6’0 Ty Graves is as quick and crafty as they come. The Boston College commit is excellent creating his own shot off the dribble. He has mastered the dribble hesitation and his change of pace makes him one of the tougher players to guard off the dribble. Ty can score from multiple positions on the court and has a terrific basketball IQ. He knows and thinks the game, but can play with or without the ball.

Ty was extremely effective throughout the scrimmage in making the correct entry pass to the post, but resetting for the correct outlet pass where he is tremendous in a catch and shoot situation. Ty demonstrated time and time that he has the ability to knock down 3-pointers but will also challenge you off the dribble. Without question, Ty will be one of the toughest PG’s to contain this coming season.

Off the court, Ty excels in the classroom. He sports an impressive 4.0 GPA and is a well rounded student athlete.
