The summer is here and big-name programs on taking the court this season on several different circuits.  We know plenty of names playing in 17u and even 16u, but Phenom Hoops is looking at the next wave of talent, learning new names around the country, and introducing others to players to watch out for.

Team: Arizona Select 15u

2027 5’11 Jackson Moore – Cienega

Watching this young point guard on the court, Moore consistently stood out with his play, his feel, and his pace for the game.  He brings a balanced game overall, from being able to make plays and create for himself to running the offense and getting others involved.  I really like his poise with the ball in his hands; he understands how to run the offense, is a strong team player in finding his teammates, and doesn’t force much. Moore is able to create for himself, but you never know if he is going to drive and kick or find ways to score the ball.  Overall, he was strong in showing his court awareness and finding his teammates, being the leader on the court for his team, and also being active on the defensive end.

2027 6’3 Brock Knee – Arcadia

When you watch Arizona Select 15u in action, one can quickly see that Knee can open up the offense and has confidence in his shot-making ability. Time after time, he was one that was looking for his shot and didn’t lack confidence, even if shots don’t always fall. He has range and gets to his spots well, being a threat from deep in catch-and-shoot situations. But he also can look for his shots off the bounce as well.
