Tough, heady point guard who excels at getting downhill and attacking the basket. Great at driving and kicking out to the open man. Knows how to navigate the two-man game properly as a ball-handler. Willing to make the right play. Capable of overwhelming his assignment defensively.
2025 Arael Jones
Skilled, well-rounded guard with plenty of upside remaining. Already crafty and able to generate quality offense with the ball in his hands or find opportunities as an off-ball option. Active defender, willing playmaker, and useful transition threat.
2026 Kenneth Shouse
Scrappy, high-motor forward who plays bigger than his size on both ends of the floor. Simply knows how to outwork opponents for rebounds, loose balls, and any potential extra opportunities. Doesn’t need the ball to impact a game but finishes well around the basket.
Northwood
2024 Fred Whitaker
Quick, heady lead guard with a sharp penetration sense and quality balance between scoring and playmaking. Extremely fast in transition and capable of touching the paint at a constant rate. Finishes well through contact, outworks his assignment defensively, and sets up others well.
2026 Cam Fowler
Young, well-rounded guard who should assume a much bigger role for this group during the upcoming season. Offers a steady, reliable presence on both ends of the floor. Displays feel, creation ability, and an understanding of how to fill in the gaps.
2024 Griffin Hobbs
Knockdown shooter with size and cutting instincts. Excels as a spot-up threat but can also attack closeouts and make plays off the bounce. Hits shots off the catch, bounce, and coming off movement. Should play a vital role for this group.
2025 Isaiah Blair
Smooth lefty with vision and a well-rounded scoring attack. Plays with great pace and patience. Active defender and rebounder. Capable of producing with or without the ball in his hands. Should emerge as a key piece for this roster.
Weddington
2024 Grant Hamilton
Knockdown shooter with a well-rounded skillset. Has made considerable strides as a playmaker, defender, and all-around scorer while still maintaining his elite shooting status. Active rebounder and great transition threat. Able to shine in various different roles offensively or make a lasting impression as an off-ball threat.
2024 Jack Ellyson
Tough, heady, shot-making guard with a lethal pull-up jumper. Capable playmaker and rebounder with an active motor defensively. Great at creating his own shot within a few dribbles, but also looks to set up others whenever possible.
