Andrews Osborne Academy has been a staple on the Phenom Hoops platform over the years as they continue to bring talent to the court. This year was no different, as we had a great chance to learn a few new names that we will be watching more down the road. Overall though, this is a team that provides unsigned seniors still available along with younger talent that college coaches need to monitor. Two of the younger prospects that really captured my eyes were 2027 Aborowa Victory and 2026 Khaleeb Obieke, as we dived into more of what we saw from each.

2027 6’6 Aborowa Victor

Checking out this roster, Victor was one the ones that quickly stood out to me when diving into more of this team, especially with his 6’6 frame and with him being the youngest prospect on the team. As we said, he checks off a lot of early boxes with his size and his ability to play multiple positions.  He moves well all throughout the court on both ends, has the frame that allows him to body up with opponents, he was able to finish well around the basket and is strong with his overall attack off the bounce. There is potential with his game and he is one that we will continue to monitor.

2026 6’0 Khaleeb Obieke

Obieke was another guard who earned our attention all throughout the event. I really liked his ability to show speed and quickness, his ability to create well off the bounce and attack the paint but also proved to be an effective shotmaker with strong range. His ability to make plays off the dribble was impressive, weaving through defenders and blowing by opponents on multiple occasions. He made strong reads, took what was available, and proved to be an option from multiple levels as well as a playmaker overall.
