The month of June is certainly a fun one around the country; we have national camps going on as well as some PREMIER team camps going on throughout the region. That includes Phenom Hoops, who will have two of the best Team Camps in the country, as you will not want to miss it. This is why we are getting a head start and previewing some teams that will be on display, along with the players. Check out who will be players to watch for teams Session 1 and/or Session 2 this year in our Phenom Hoops Team Camps.

Team: Clayton
A team that we are eager to see and could be a sneaky team to watch for this summer as well as this upcoming season is Clayton. This is a team that has plenty of weapons at their disposal, but this looks to be a team that has clear weapons. This could be just the start of something special this season, as we preview more heading into the Phenom Team Camp.
2025 6’8 Andrew Grimes
Grimes, who is committed to Liberty, is one of the clear leaders for this team and can be a dynamic weapon with his size, fluidity, athleticism, and overall impact. He is coming off a junior season in which he averaged 17.8ppg, 5.8rpg, and 2.6apg, but has a chance to make an even bigger statement once again. He continues to expand his game more and brings a lot of versatility.
2025 6’6 Justice Mitchell
Grimes is the name many will know but Mitchell is right there with him, as he led the team last year at 19.1ppg, 9.9rpg, 2.3apg, and 1.1spg. Time after time, this is a prospect who competes, plays at a high level, and simply produces; he is resilient on the court and racks up double-doubles. He holds multiple offers already, but that list could continue as he looks to make another statement this summer.
2026 6’1 Aiden Smalls
Smalls is coming over to Clayton, and not only will he continue to showcase his potential on the football side of things but continue to shine on the basketball court. Each time we watched him in action last year, he was able to use that football physicality to score downhill and finish, but also felt comfortable in knocking down shots from the outside. Smalls gives this team a very balanced attack.
2025 6’6 Darrion Ellis
He is another player who is coming to make an impact on the court, as he brings size, athleticism, and the ability to finish at the rim or score from the perimeter. Ellis just makes this team even more dangerous and gives them another weapon with size and bounce. Eager to see what he can help provide more.
Other players that look to showcase their development are 2025 Jeremiah Henson, 2025 Qua’Shaun Williams, and 2026 Khaleil Walters, all of which played their roles last year and look to bring a balanced attack.
