2024 Jason Britton had a nice showing down Georgia at Lake Point this past weekend. In a limited time, this kid had an amazing efficient display of his talent that has already established him as a two-time All-State and Mr. Basketball finalist in his junior year. Britton scored in double figures every game and mixed it extremely well on the boards and is known for his defensive swagger.
Non-stop energy, fierce, and scrappy; even if players manage to score on him, it would have had to be through his defense being in their jersey. Loaded with talent, Britton continues to improve every time I see him, in some way or another. He was tough and can play through heavy contact. He is a legit threat and game-changer on both ends. In four games, Britton averaged 13pts, 5rebs, 2asts, 2stls, and 1blk per game.
The ultimate blue-collar star from NGHS in Tennessee, he is going to have an awesome last run you will not want to miss. Also, he is already committed to Tusculum University because of his awesome talent.
Coming from a small school, he was under the radar for a long time it is undeniable how good he really is every time he is on the biggest stages, he shines. He is one of the fiercest competitors you will ever meet and gives opposing coaches and players nightmares on how to slow him down.
Heart over height and questions about the size of the school only fuel him more. One of the best pound-for-pound players I have seen in the country past two years.
