Two very good teams will be meeting up for the championship in the 4A Division, as Lake Norman continues to show why they are regarded as one of the top teams in the state and Wakefield continues its strong season in hopes of a title. Starting with Lake Norman, this is a team that brings firepower all over with the Shehan sisters, Kelsey Rhyne, Rayana Minard, and several others. This is a team that brings depth, several weapons, and they do a great job in showcasing their offensive abilities. Lake Norman brings a lot of trouble as they allow its defense to turn into offense, and they hope to show that once again in the championship. Wakefield is a very deep team that has a ton of experience, but they will have their hands full if they are hoping to slow down Lake Norman. Jaya Hamilton, Maddison McIntyre, Aly Schaffer, Sydney Conti, and others all bring valuable experience though, as these seniors are hoping to go out on top. This is a team that has won 18 in a row and they have been extremely tough defensively, giving up only 40ppg to opponents.
