6’3 Elijah Jamison (Louisburg) putting up big time numbers
6’3 junior Elijah Jamison (Louisburg) will be featured in Saturday’s 8:00pm contest at the 2nd Annual City of Oaks Classic against North Raleigh Christian Academy. Louisburg brings an 8-3 record and all eyes will be on Elijah Jamison, who is considered one of the top players in the North Carolina 2021 class. Standing a strong and athletic 6’3, Jamison is averaging an impressive “double double” of points and rebounds. He is currently averaging 32.4 PPG and 13.4 RPG. In addition, Jamison is dishing out 3.8 APG and is also doing it on the defensive side with a 2.3 SPG average/
Jamison currently sports offers from Elon, James Madison and Ole Miss. Known for his ability to get buckets, Jamison is also very underrated in other facets of his game. First of all, there may not be a better rebounding guard than Jamison in the state regardless of class. He simply has natural basketball instincts and does has a knack for being at the right place at the right time and his 13.4 RPG illustrates just that. In addition, while Jamison is best creating his own shots off the dribble, he does have good court vision and will make timely assists to open teammates.
