On March 27, 2019 guard CJ Jamison Jr. announced that he received an offer from North Greenville University and it didn’t take long for him to announce that that would be the place for him.
Jamison will now be taking his winning ways to North Greenville. One of the hardest working guards around and at Legacy Charter, he certainly brings a lot to the table at the next level.
The 6’0 guard brings speed, quickness, and hustle, as he has impressed throughout his career. See what has been said about Jamison before from Phenom Hoop Report.
“This senior guard stepped up to the challenge and flat out hustles when he plays. On both sides, he is constantly active, diving for loose balls, hands always active defensively, and finding ways to score. He makes the little plays that don’t always show up in the boxscore but helps a team secure wins.” – at USA National Prep
“While he can really score from the lead guard position, we were equally impressed with his defensive intensity and tenacity. Jamison continuously used his explosiveness and athleticism to get rebounds and get 50/50 balls. More importantly, Jamison brings a certain element of moxy and toughness and his no fear attitude is quite infectiousness. For the game, Jamison finished with15 points and an unlimited amount of hustle plays throughout the game.” – at Porter Gaud Holiday Classic
This season at Legacy Charter, Jamison finished the season averaging 9.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 2.3 steals per game, playing in 38 games.
Congrats on the commitment!
