6'5 '23 Kameron Byrd (Team Felton)

The long, strong-bodied big man was arguably the most productive all-around performer for Team Felton during this contest. Byrd's motor is what allows him to make a consistent impact on both ends of the floor. He's an excellent rebounder that runs the floor extremely hard from end-to-end. Byrd doesn't force the action, but is able to score fairly well around the basket and displays touch with both hands.

5'10 '21 Trace Forest (Pine Lake)

Few players have displayed the motor or energy level like Forest, who is always in go-mode and never seems to get tired. He's quick and can attack the basket in an instant, where he's proven to be a pretty reliable finisher, especially for his size. Forest can reliably operate from either guard position, given his blend of shooting and playmaking. Expect him to be a primary option this season for Pine Lake.

6'2 '20 Davis Grooms (Lincolnton)

The smooth, high-IQ guard play of Grooms seems to always stand out whenever his teams take the floor. He offers an excellent blend of playmaking and three-level scoring, which allows him to control the action quite well. Grooms has been the main leader of this Lincolnton team and looks poised to continue leading them through the upcoming season.

6'3 '20 Philip Mullins (Chapmanville)

In many ways, Mullins is the main x-factor for this Chapmanville team. He's not necessarily their 'main guy,' but he is certainly among their most productive. Mullins is pretty versatile for his size and has the ability to cause matchup problems with his offensive skillset. He is a reliable spot-up threat that knows how to position himself for success. Mullins can score efficiently from all three levels and has the necessary ball skills to work as a primary creator.

6'5 '20 Nygell Verdier (Independence)

The long, athletic, strong-bodied wing has certainly been one of the most intriguing prospects in the gym today. He has all the tools, both physically and in terms of skill, which is part of what makes him such a difficult matchup for a variety of opponents. Verdier is an incredible spot-up threat, but also has no issue creating off the bounce'both for himself and others. Expect him to blow-up sooner than later, as he has all the makings of a Division I player.

6'3 '22 Sam Cogan (Lincoln Charter)

It's easy to like this Lincoln Charter team, especially with Cogan as a primary focal point. He's very polished and displays a high IQ on both ends of the floor. Cogan operated as a main creator and was one of their most reliable scorers throughout the day. He's so strong at attacking with his left and finishing through contact or with craftiness. Cogan sees the floor well, possesses surprising athleticism, and can defend either guard position effectively.

6'1 '20 Marley Gordon (Gaston Christian)

The crafty point guard prospect is arguably the most intriguing prospect on this Gaston Christian squad, given his polish and the way that he controls the offensive action. Gordon is sharp and decisive with the ball in his hands, which allows him to enter the paint at a consistent rate and make plays for himself or others. Gordon scores the ball effectively from all levels and rebounds pretty well for his size/position.
