6’3 ’26 Ian Bailey (Team Vision)

Seemingly every coach who watches Ian Bailey becomes a fan, yet his recruitment doesn’t align with his appeal and overall abilities. He enters the live period with offers from Stetson, Western Carolina, and UNC Asheville…pretty surprising for a guy who has been the epitome of a productive leader with no baggage or glaring weaknesses. However, coaches will have the opportunity to see and extend offers to him throughout the upcoming week. Bailey controls the action with an impressive blend of IQ, poise, and general involvement in all offensive facets. He’s a solid shooter from distance but is arguably at his best when attacking the basket or getting into the midrange area. Bailey sees the floor very well as a playmaker, displaying pace and unselfishness, and makes the right decision with the ball in his hands. He’s also a great athlete with toughness, motor, and the ability to rebound or make plays defensively. It would be shocking if Bailey doesn’t capture the attention of onlooking coaches.
6’10 ’26 Rares Trandafir (Next Level Elite)

After recently joining Next Level Elite, Rares Trandafir immediately becomes a must-see prospect for Division I programs. Currently holding zero offers, one must ask: what are we doing? Trandafir is a no-brainer for the majority of the schools within the region, particularly as a 6-foot-10 versatile big man with touch, interior instincts, and the ability to space the floor at a high level. He’s a reliable finisher around the basket with either hand and shoots the ball at a quality percentage along the perimeter. Trandafir maintains a solid two-way rebounding presence and utilizes his body well to battle with opponents inside. He’s able to consistently position himself to alter or block shots and then properly run the floor in transition (where he fills the lane and poses a threat to knock down trail threes). The appeal of Trandafir should be obvious, so it’ll be interesting to see what programs extend offers over these next few weeks.
6’5 ’26 Jossiah Johnson (Team Wall)

Different from the previous duo, Jossiah Johnson is the exact type of player so many programs need. The value of a switchable wing/forward who possesses toughness, athleticism, and the ability to operate in various roles has quite literally never been higher…and that describes Johnson perfectly. He’s so strong and overwhelming with an excellent blend of feel, motor, physicality, and two-way versatility. Johnson is a well-rounded offensive piece who can do a little bit of everything. He’s a useful initiator and off-ball threat who can cut, attack the basket, or knock down shots at a solid rate. Johnson’s adaptable game makes him incredibly useful in all types of settings and team structures. He’s able to guard at least three, sometimes four, positions comfortably at the high school level. Johnson establishes a strong rebounding presence and isn’t deterred by physical play around the basket. Given everything he does to shine as a productive, malleable utility piece, Johnson should be a real priority for college coaches.
