2022 Landon King (Charlotte Guards): King continues to fly under the radar but caught a few more eyes with his 33-point performance to start the day. King continues to show his aggressive nature and ability to score, especially attacking and getting to the basket. He plays within the offense but can really take his game to another level when he is locked in offensively and scoring in an array of ways like he did to start the day.
2022 Ian Blue (Moravian Prep Regional): Really have to like how Blue operates and his motor on the court. Always moving and looking for opportunities, he did much of that running in transition, attacking the defense and getting to the line, but also knocking down open jumpers when left open. Was extremely impressed with his 36-point day to start the event.
2024 Dylan Deluca (Elite 1): Deluca continues to play at a high level, especially with the season right around the corner. Deluca did a tremendous job in just filling up the stat sheet early, showing how effective of a scorer he can be inside as well as stretch the floor. He has continued to develop his feel down in the post and getting stronger, as well as helping on the boards and impacting the game on both sides.
2022 Amir Mack (Hamilton Hall Academy): Mack brings a do-it-all type feel to the floor. With his body frame, he is able to defend multiple players, whether it is battling inside or stepping out, but also has such a smooth offensive game. He showcased his craft in finishing around the basket and around defenders, made good decisions on the floor, and played well within the offense and on the boards. He really scored well with great touch around the basket.
2026 Will Stevens (Triple Threat): This is the second time watching this young man play and he is going to be one that keep an eye on down the road. Still so young but with his long, wiry frame, he really makes a huge impact in the paint defensively blocking shots and on the boards. But then you add his offensive skill set in stepping out, putting the ball on the floor, and displaying a confident jumper.
2022 Christian Henry (TSF): Henry led the charge for TSF to start his day, really showing off his ability to penetrate, get into the defense and get to the basket. He finished countless times and was weaving through the defense to create plays for his team. Strong showing to start his weekend.
2022 Charlie Miller (Flight 22 Prep): Miller had a strong high school season last year, catching the eyes of coaches and I expect him to do the same this upcoming season. He displays great poise and IQ on the floor, making smart decisions, not forcing anything, and also continuing to be an outside threat with a smooth three-point shot.
2026 Isaiah Williams (CC Elite 2026): Another young man to jot down for the future, as Williams is a long big man that makes himself even bigger with his wingspan. He moves well, runs the floor, gets to his spots, and creates a wall on the defensive end while showing nice touch and finishing ability around the basket offensively. It will be interesting to see how much more he grows but you can see some early flashes that you like.
