Check out these 3 game highlights from 5'9" Daeshun Ruffin of Callaway HS (MS). Ruffin is currently ranked 25th in the 2021 class by 247 Sports. He played on the Nike EYBL this past spring/summer and finished no. 2 in scoring. He currently holds offers from the likes of Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, LSU among others.

Mading x Poteat DID EVERYTHING as TBS Advances to Kyran Bowman Championship; Raw Game Highlights

Check out highlights between the Burlington School and Heritage HS as they met off in the 1st round of the Kyran Bowman bracket. Rice commit Mylyjael Poteat and junior Kuluel Mading were all over the court for TBS as they dunked and blocked everything in their sights. Heritage was led by Tre Waller and Redford Dunton but they simply weren't enough to stop Burlington School's big men. TBS advances to the Championship game of the Kyran Bowman bracket.

Farrar’s 35 points propel Apex Friendship against Broughton

The early morning game on Day Three featured the consolation bracket of the David West bracket. Apex Friendship and Broughton both lost hard-fought games. Broughton lost to NCHSAA 2A state champion Farmville Central by the score 72-67 while Apex Friendship lost to nationally-ranked Patrick School by the score of 70-64.

Strong second half propels Heritage over GRACE Christian

Don’t tell anyone that GRACE Christian and Heritage was playing in the consolation game of the Kyran Bowman bracket at the John Wall Holiday Invitational. Both teams played inspired basketball and if you didn’t know any better, you would have thought a state championship was on the line. Credit goes to head coach Tiden Brill of Heritage and DeShannon Morris of GRACE Christian.

Callaway (MS) knocks off Leesville Road

allaway High School is appropriately nicknamed the Chargers. Callaway has been a Mississippi 5A power and features nationally-ranked junior guard Daeshun Ruffin. The Chargers like to get up and down and score in the 80's. For Leesville Road, 6’4 junior Carter Whitt leads the way and will be looking for an estimated mid-January return of Jalen McDonald. In addition, Leesville Road also gets double-digit scoring from 5’9 junior Chase Hakerem, 6’4 junior Scott Martin, and 6’3 senior Deon Daniels. Carter Whitt is a natural level prospect that is one of the better passing point guards in the country.
