Fulton was off the charts last season for Lincoln Charter. He doesn't always get the praise but should be capturing eyes with his play. Last season, he averaged 14.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per game to help Lincoln Charter to a 27-3 overall record. But what should have the attention of many is his ability to make shots from the perimeter. Fulton knocked down an astonishing 129 3-pointers last season on 58 percent shooting. That includes 13 games in which he hit 5 or more 3-pointers.
