Phenom Hoops not only likes to celebrate the achievements of players all over the state, but we have also been shedding light on the achievements of programs and coaches. Just this weekend, head coach Brian Frasier at JC Chambers High School earned his 200th win, adding to his legacy across North Carolina.

Coach Frasier has been at Chambers since 2014 and has been a staple not only in the Charlotte area but across North Carolina, as he has had some strong teams over the seasons. Taking over for Coach Will Robinson, Frasier has been able to build this program into a contender nearly every season.  Starting off his career at Chambers with a 6-17 record, he has had a winning record in 10 of his 12 seasons at the program and has won over 20 games in seven of those seasons.

He has had some tremendous talent come through his program as well, players that you have seen and will see playing collegiate basketball in the coming years. Players like Jaylen Curry, Daniel Ransom, Daniel Sanford, Trey Green, Tarris Bouie, Markus Kerr, and so many others have all come through the program at some point and have made this a program worth watching every single season. And they are continuing this season, as Coach Frasier has been looking to revamp from a loaded roster and make a run for a title once again in the coming years.

Coach Frasier has left his mark already on the state of North Carolina; however, his impact continues to grow with each passing season. Beyond the wins and accolades, it is the culture, consistency, and commitment to player development that have defined his tenure at Chambers. Year after year, the Cougars remain competitive, disciplined, and prepared for the biggest moments, clear reflections of the leadership guiding the program.

Reaching 200 career victories is more than just a milestone; it is a testament to longevity, resilience, and the trust built within the Chambers community. From developing high-level talent to setting a standard of excellence on and off the court, Coach Frasier has helped shape the identity of basketball in the Charlotte area and across the state.

As Chambers looks ahead to the future, there is little doubt that the program will continue to compete at a high level and produce the next wave of standout prospects. And with Coach Frasier still leading the way, the wins—and the legacy—are far from finished.
