2026 Connor Cassidy (Kings)
This kid was on an absolute scoring tear this today. Making the game look easy but playing hard while doing it. Had a smooth release on his shots and got them off quick and was on target all day. He even hit the game winning buzzer beater for his team and was all around impressive. His score first approach to the game helped him set teammates up when the defense started collapsing on him. If he keeps playing with this level of confidence this kid will be really good!
2026 Josh Hines (CC Elite)
Has been a problem all day! This kid played like there was gonna be no tomorrow. I loved his effort, the way he was getting to the rim and finishing, and his defending. He stayed consistent on all of these things through each game he was playing. He almost seemed just dominant at times. He has a super high motor out there and plays with a lot of confidence. His energy was so unique when he was on the court that the I wouldn’t even have to look at his plus minus to know how much of a positive effect he had. I was really impressed with this young man.
2026 Ezekiel Kelly (CC Elite)
This kid reminds me of a young Kyle Lowry. The way that he just dominates the game in so many forms and fashions. He was hitting shots, getting steals, rebounds, finishing, just everything and anything this kid checked off the box. He also showed very high IQ with his passing ability and just how he kept making great plays. He was super energetic on both ends of the floor and he was clamping up on the defensive end and scoring at all 3 levels offensively!
2026 Josiah JohnsonFreeman (CC Elite)
I would say that this kid is filled with potential. He is a smooth all-around wing with great size. He has great IQ and showed great passing vision on the court and a nice jump shot to add along to it! I love his feel for the game out there especially at this level. Love how composed and controlled he plays out there and just how smooth he is with the ball. He has a nice handle and never really got sped up. He also has some good touch in the mid range which is unique in today’s game. Coaches need to keep an eye on this kid and how he develops because somebody might get a steal.
2024 Deondra Leach (ME Select)
Saying this kid impressed me would be an understatement. I love the way he uses his strong frame to his advantage. He has great size for a point guard especially at the next level and can handle pressure effortlessly it looked like at times. He was playmaking and making great decisions with the ball and just always seemed to be at the right spot at the right time on the defensive glass. He played hard and under control and just got to wherever he wanted to on the court, whenever he wanted to. Nice jump shot from deep and solid finishing ability in the paint. Just a solid guard coaches should keep an eye for.
2024 Camden Edmonds (NC Spartans)
This kid right here is the definition of confidence. It felt like there was no bad shot that he could take. He was putting on a scoring clinic today! He has made the game look easy in multiple ways and just did whatever he wanted to do. Three balls, pull ups, floaters, and ones, you name it he got it done. He was just virtually unstoppable today. He also played super aggressive throughout the whole game and it showed. He also has a smooth jump shot and hit threes consistently. What a performance by this kid and coaches need to be watching for this one!
