The Phenom PG Nationals brought some of the best teams from around the region to come compete for a championship, as the Varsity Prep Division had elite talent all over the place. Lab U Regional came in ready to rock and roll, and they did as they put on an offensive show in each game and really made a statement, cruising their way to a championship weekend.

vs. Combine Varsity: won 78-48
vs. Grace Academy: won 70-39
vs. ISA Prep Gold: won 90-52

It was a dominant showing from the Lab U Regional team this past weekend in the Varsity Prep Division, as they cruised through the competition to secure a title. When you talk about this group, you have to start with the play from 2026 Jalyn Connor who was an offensive show. Nearly averaging 30 points per game throughout the event, the speedy, quick, and shot-making guard put on a show each time he stepped on the court. But he had plenty of others help contribute throughout, including 2025 James Woods in the championship game who went off for 30 points. This was a team that made a statement at the event, and clearly showed that they were the top dogs in the division down in Rock Hill.
