
The Phenom PG Nationals brought some of the best teams from around the region to come compete for a championship, as the Gold Division had elite talent all over the place. But in the end, fans got a great championship game between Highland School and Combine Academy, with the Goats taking home the championship.

vs. Bridgeport Prep: Won 104-84
vs. Highland School: Won 94-84
Combine Academy put on a show throughout the event, taking on all opponents, bringing tremendous energy, flourishing, and flying high at the rim. The offense clicked throughout the event, posting two games in which they cracked 100 points and ended the event averaging 97 points per game.
They faced some tough competition throughout each game, but they proved why they are regarded as one of the top teams in the country. 2025 Josiah Parker won MVP honors from the championship game as he posted a 30-ball and was extremely effective throughout the game. But he has shown that all season long in his ability to be a matchup nightmare with his ability to play and operate from multiple areas and his ability to score inside so well. 2025 Kaden Magwood, Auburn commit, was electric throughout and caught so many eyes with his ability to knock down shots from all levels, create off the dribble, and simply be a playmaker throughout. 2025 Caleb Thomas, 2026 Yohance Connor, and so many others on this roster brought a balanced attack that can score from the outside as well as finish high at the rim.
