When you talk about Davidson Day, there is no doubt that you start with 2025 Isaiah Denis who is committed to North Carolina, and 2026 Will Stevens who is one of the top big men in the region. Both have shown that they can produce and compete at a high level. However, this is a roster that continues to highlight next-level potential with several prospects, as these players should be on radars of all levels.
2027 Lincoln Vinson
What can’t you say about Vinson’s game, as he brings so much to the court and really embraces being a hard-working, high IQ playmaker on the court? When you break down his game, his motor and energy are two things that stand out quickly and he uses that to his advantage on both sides of the court. Offensively, he is much stronger than he looks, forcing the action, getting to where he wants, attacking downhill, finishing through defenders, and giving you a show with his bounce. But he has proven to be an effective three-level scorer who can fill it up as well as get others involved. And that doesn’t mention his ability and willingness to do the dirty work in other areas.
2025 Levon Jacobs
Jacobs is one that I believe should have the eyes of many programs around the area, especially with his low-maintenance but productive game when on the court. One could always use a prospect at his size, as the 6’9 prospect can be a thriller at the rim with his power, plays physical and hard on the boards and in the paint, and brings a ton of versatility to the court in being able to guard multiple positions. Again, Jacobs finds ways to be productive without having to force the action and just making a variety of plays in other areas for his team.
2026 AJ Washington
Washington, who comes from South Carolina, has been a huge addition to this year’s team and his stock is really rising with what he has shown this season. Washington has a lot to offer with his 6’4 frame, his overall strength and frame, and his ability to be a consistent threat in not only knocking down shots from behind the arc with confidence but also being a strong downhill guard. Washington mixes it up well, taking what is given to him offensively as he has be a big piece to the team’s success this season.
