Player: Jase McCullough
Class: 2024
School: DME Academy
Height: 6’4

DME Academy is a program that consistently produces next-level talent that college coaches should be all over. Though there are players that have already committed, there are a few prospects that are still available and should have the attention of college coaches.

One player for sure that is a college-level prospect is 2024 6’4 Jase McCullough. When we watched him at our Phenom Post Grad Nationals, we had this to say:

“2024 6’4 Jase McCullough is an interesting guard that I’ve really liked today. IQ and feel, change of speed, gets others involved well, and plays with composure/poise. Should be a target for college programs.”

“DME has plenty of players to check out but each time I watched them in action, I enjoyed what McCullough brought to the court. The 6’4 guard brought a mature and confident feel for his team. He played within the offense, showcased his ability to get others involved, was under control and played at a great pace, and just impacted the game without scoring but also scored when needed. He is a steady, high-IQ floor general.”

McCullough brings a lot to the table for an unsigned prospect still open to schools. When we watched him on the court, he consistently showcased his overall impact at 6’4 and is a piece that can be a scoring option but also impact the game without scoring. He is a steady, high-IQ floor general, finds ways to get teammates involved well and makes good decisions, and can also rise up in knocking down shots as well.  McCullough also makes an impact on the defensive end, which allows him to be a tremendous piece as he continues to develop.

If a school is still looking for a guard in the class of 2024, McCullough is one that I would have my eyes on.
