2026 6’3 Bradley Floyd (Team Loaded) this kid is very special. He has a natural talent that sets him apart from any other athlete that he is competing against. He uses his athleticism to explode over the top of defenders securing the rebound. He can also take it coast to coast and finish above the rim with style. I am very impressed with Bradley because he does it all “literally”, this kid can play every position. He runs the point guard position for Team Loaded and runs it very well getting other involved. He is a very coachable kid who has a bright future. I can’t wait to see him next year and how dominates the game!
2023 6’0 Jordan Cooper (All Carolina) had an impressive 22 points to bring his team a win. Jordan scored from all three levels, showing he can score by playing above the rim, beating his defender off the dribble and making the mid range, and knocking down the deep ball at a consistent rate. With his long wing span he was able to play the passing lanes picking up multiple steals. He’s a shifty, quick point guard who plays at his own pace. He is never sped up which allow him to change direction with his handle making him even harder to guard. Jordan is an exciting guard to watch for the class of 2023!
2024 5’11 Xavier Preston (Elite 1 Black) – plays a lot bigger than he appears. He’s so quick and crafty getting to the basket using either hand to finish. His motor is unmatched and brings it every possession on the defensive end. His energy is contagious, the team matches his energy and plays well together. Xavier has shown he can also knock down the 3 ball. His strength is being a slasher and attacking. He can get to his spots with a quick first jab step or dribble drive using his crossovers to change direction. I really like this kid, the vision he has on floor while pushing the ball in transition is very ideal!
2024 6’5 Kaleb James (New Life Christian) – Long athletic wing with a very sound mid range game! He uses his athletic ability to get all the way to the basket. His passion for the game definitely shows on the defense side of the floor. He is very vocal, letting his teammates know when a screen is coming or to switch. You don’t see many guys being that vocal during defense anymore. Kaleb has that on lock. He is a coachable kid who ceiling is not yet reached. He has so much more room to grow, I’m excited to see how he improve as a player.
2022 6’6 Trey Hood (Charlotte Dragons) – is showing how versatile he can be on the floor! He is using his size on both ends impacting the game! His 6’6 frame and athleticism sets him apart from the competition that he competes against. He has a nice handle and is very comfortable with dribbling it. Trey show he can take it coast to coast and finish above the rim with ease. One of the smartest players I’ve seen this weekend on the defensive end. He plays with active hands and never put hisself in a bad position to pick up a foul. He contest all shots, even going straight up and down making timely blocks. Trey is a good athlete I would keep my eye on. I wouldn’t let this guy slip away!
