Flight 9 54 – Team Slay 50
Everyone wants to top off the event with a championship and these young guys fought hard on both ends to secure one on Sunday in Rock Hill. Team Slay found some success behind JD Bowden and Christian Petty but it was a balanced attack by Flight 9, led by Maurio Hanson. Hanson stepped up his game in the second half even more, scoring 16 of his 22 points, while others continued to contribute. Behind Hanson’s play and six others scoring, they were able to secure the 54-50 victory.
