The Lady Top 80 proved to be an incredible showcase of talent, intensity, and competition, as some of the best players from across the state came together under one roof with Phenom Hoops and Lady Phenom. From start to finish, the energy was electric—players rose to the occasion, displayed their full skill sets, and left lasting impressions on everyone in attendance. It was a celebration of the game at its finest, where emerging stars and established standouts alike put on a show and reminded everyone why North Carolina continues to be a hotbed for elite basketball talent. As we look back on this memorable event, let’s highlight some of the players we saw at the event.

2028 Jakyra Sadler (Gaston Christian) turned heads with her poise, confidence, and ability to impact the game offensively despite her size. She displayed impressive quickness and shiftiness with the ball in her hands, constantly putting pressure on defenders and finding creative ways to score. Sadler’s shot-making ability was on full display—whether pulling up off the dribble, spotting up from deep, or finishing with touch around the basket and over defenders. Her balance and control allow her to navigate traffic effectively, while her court vision and decision-making keep teammates involved. Sadler’s combination of speed, skill, and confidence gives her the tools to become a reliable offensive catalyst and one of the more intriguing young guards to watch in her class.

She finished the camp leading the way, averaging nearly 20 points per game and really showcasing how electric a guard she can be. She plays hard, brings it on both sides of the ball, and we are excited to see her this upcoming season. And college coaches should be looking her way as well.
