Jay Lawson’s Evaluation:

2026 Tessa Gladieux 6’0: A very dynamic wing that’s extremely smart on the offensive & defensive end of the ball. She uses her length to her advantage on defense to alter shots and pressure opposing guards. On offense, her tenacious ability to get to the basket to create high percentage shots for herself & teammates pops out immediately. Her shot-making ability from deep range is what takes her game over the top. I see her immediately making an impact at the next level for whatever Division 1 school she decides to attend next year. Her leadership ability on the floor is infectious, always uplifting her teammates & keeping a smile on her face, displaying she’s clearly having fun with the game. She understands pace, which allows her to play really fast most of the game, but at times be able to slow things down and catch the defense off guard. She’s a high-volume shot taker & maker. As she continues to develop her game, I’m excited to see exactly where she takes it.
