Phenom Hoops has been putting on some of the top events around the region over the last month or so, coming off a terrific weekend in the Outer Banks and in Greensboro and now heading back to Rock Hill, SC for a 5-day thriller in the Phenom Holiday Classic Presented by Rock Hill Parks, Recreation and Tourism.
