5’11 ’26 Deshawn Coulter (Charlotte Aces)

After months of consistently productive play, Coulter is someone that college coaches should be pursuing. He’s a steady lead guard who shoots the ball at a high rate from beyond the arc and gets others involved whenever possible. Coulter displays a nice blend of IQ, handle, and creation skills, but is also comfortable finding open space and asserting himself as a strong spot-up threat along the perimeter. He’s also a scrappy defender with nice quickness at the point of attack.

6’1 ’28 Neo Davis (CC Elite)

Given everything he does for this team, it’s easy to see the value Davis brings to the table. He’s able to dictate the action or find success without the ball. Davis runs a team with IQ, poise, and unselfishness, but clearly knows how and when to assert himself as a scorer from all levels. He shoots the ball at a high percentage along the perimeter, but displays pace when attacking and does a nice job of applying penetrating pressure. Add in his steady defense and rebounding, and it’s impossible to deny Davis’ impact.

5’8 ’28 EJ Ratcliffe (Team Williams)

Though somewhat undersized, it didn’t take long to appreciate the scrappy, heady presence Ratcliffe highlighted throughout the weekend. He showcased crafty creation instincts with quickness, toughness, and shot-making ability. Although he’s comfortable running the team and setting up others, Ratcliffe also stood out through his consistent scoring prowess. He’s a pesky on-ball defender who defended the point of attack with great energy.

6’5 ’27 Joonathan Tartu (Next Level Elite)

Rounding out this group, Tartu is a versatile piece with the size, skill, and instincts to cause problems for opponents on both ends of the floor. He’s too big and strong for most perimeter defenders and too skilled and mobile to be contained by bigger opponents. Tartu possesses a sturdy frame with nice strength and the ability to create or play without the ball. He finishes well around the basket, knocks down jumpers, and moves well as a cutter. Tartu is a capable rebounder and useful defender across multiple positions.
