2027 Aiden Rochevot (NW Cabarrus)
Rochevot was a new name that grabbed our attention. He displayed craftiness with his handles, along with some wiggle to create and make plays off the bounce. Rochevot was able to mix it up well with his ability to facilitate and find teammates, but also be an effective scoring option with his ability to knock down shots.
2026 LaJalin Overton (Mallard Creek)
Overton is an underrated prospect here in the Charlotte area and one I believe will be a big help again for this Mallard Creek. He brings a good size at 6’6 and impresses with his overall athleticism, attacking and finishing strong at the rim. But he can also be utilized as a versatile piece with his comfort level in facing up and stretching the defense with his outside shot. I’m eager to see what he will be able to bring to this team this upcoming season.
2026 Camari McCrae (West Cabarrus)
McCrae had a very good Day 1 at the Phenom Team Camp, keeping his team within striking distance in a tough battle and showing his ability to offer consistency from behind the arc. Time after time, he was able to hit some big shots from the perimeter but also made timely passes, played with energy, and was a good presence overall on both sides of the court.
2028 Carson Williams (Ardrey Kell)
The next guard I will be looking at with Ardrey Kell will be Williams, as the rising sophomore shows good feel and playmaking ability with the ball in his hands. He is a strong creator off the bounce that makes good reads, creates well for himself, and can hurt you with his ability to create as well as knock down open shots from outside. Williams shows natural instincts in being able to run the offense, and will be a name to watch in the coming years.
