2032 Kiyan Gordon (FSCE Hoop Nightmare)
Getting the day going on Day 2, Gordon captured the attention of our scouts as a young, rising prospect with a lot of potential. He presents an intriguing blend of size, fluidity, and skill at a young age, displaying strong early handles, perimeter feel, and size that make him a tough matchup for opponents. Gordon was comfortable in attacking out in the transition, creating off the bounce, and looking for his shot inside and out, as he shows promise with his overall feel.
2031 Fredo Martinez/ 2031 Kam Toney (FSCE Nightmare)
Another two prospects from the organization, Martinez and Toney were two that quickly grabbed my attention with what they were able to bring. When talking about Toney, he brings size and physicality, but also moves extremely well inside and out, can overpower opponents, and gets to the basket well consistently. Martinez has a blend of good positional size along with being a threat from a variety of levels. He can score off the bounce and create, as well as knock down open shots from outside.
2031 Caleb Burnett / 2031 Reason Hobbs (CP3)
CP3 has a few faces that Phenom Hoops recognized and will be a team to continue to watch this summer. Burnett is a skilled point guard who pays with an excellent overall feel with the ball in his hands. He is a strong creator that attacks in the open floor, plays with composure and poise, and has a strong feel for being able to create scoring options. Burnett has a high IQ for the game and can be a dynamic playmaker on the court. Hobbs is a young big that possesses the early size and impact down low, being a force on the glass, controlling the paint, and being a presence offensively down low.
2030 Ethan Chatman (NY Gauchos)
One of the better interior presences at the event came from Chatman over the first two days. He has the size and physicality to be a strong presence in the paint, while also proving to be a finisher around the basket. Chatman brings a strong two-way presence in being able to be a shot blocker and rim protector, as well as a big that can carve out space and finish with touch down low.
2031 Levi Roberts-Guity (OGB Elite)
A player that you will want to have on your watch list down in Florida will be Roberts-Guity. What impressed us the most was his all-around game to go with his size, showing comfort and fluidity in being able to handle and push in transition, creating off the bounce, operating inside and out, and making his presence felt on the glass as well as defensively. He was comfortable all over the court and proved to be effective in a variety of areas and roles on the court.
2030 Trinity Durant (Charlotte Dream Elite)
Durant has been a steady presence all weekend long for her team. She has a tremendous feel for the game and brings steady production to the court, being an effective option as a scorer as well as making an impact in other areas. With her versatility on the court, she can be used in so many ways for her team while being a steady offensive scorer on the court. Durant will continue to be a name on the rise here in North Carolina.
