6’1 Andrew Otuyelu (Winston-Salem Christian)

There was certainly intrigue surrounding Otuyelu, as he highlighted explosiveness and dynamic ability in various ways. He’s a long, athletic guard who can handle, create off the bounce, and make plays for himself or others. Otuyelu thrives in transition and puts nonstop pressure on the rim as a downhill force. He utilizes his quickness to attack off the bounce and speed to blow past defenders in the open floor. Otuyelu showed the ability to hit jumpers, but was clearly at his best when finishing at or above the rim.

6’6 Cam Smith (Most Hated NC)

Given his blend of size, skill, and athleticism, it’s surprising that Smith hasn’t gotten more attention from college coaches. He’s strong enough to physically overwhelm opponents as a finisher and post scorer, but can also space the floor as needed. Smith carves out space really well on the block, both on offense and in rebounding situations, and displays touch, footwork, and mobility around the basket. He plays above the rim and utilizes his long arms to be disruptive defensively. Smith has the tools to be an impactful piece at a variety of places.

6’4 Matthew Rivlin (1 of 1 Peña)
Definitely one of the more impressive performers on display, Rivlin showcased the full arsenal throughout the weekend. He’s a skilled, well-rounded guard with the IQ, creation instincts, and scoring polish to produce in various roles. Rivlin showed the ability to run the offense and create for others or play without the ball and fill it up as a scorer from all levels. Rivlin had several powerful finishes above the rim while also highlighting a smooth jumper and a willingness to make the right play. He defended and rebounded with energy and regularly made plays in transition.

6’4 Luca Sarnowska (NC Spartans)

It’s difficult to say anything other than positives about the toughness, physicality, and intensity that Sarnowska brings to a team. He sets the tone with his vocal presence and infectious energy on both ends of the floor. Sarnowska is an extremely strong downhill driver who consistently forces his way to the rim and finishes with ease. He plays through contact and sacrifices his body at every opportunity. Sarnowska makes hustle plays, defends with toughness, and does the dirty work without a blip of hesitation. He will carve out a meaningful role at the next level.

6’3 Terrance Badio (Elite One)

Although we wrote extensively about him earlier today, Badio is someone who should be a real target for coaches looking to add unsigned pieces to the roster. He’s a tough, physical guard with a sharp penetration sense and the ability to cause problems for opponents on both ends of the floor. Badio finished through contact and played above the rim while highlighting vision, handle, and perimeter shooting ability. He’s a rugged defender who utilizes his length well to force turnovers and make plays in transition.
