2026 6’4 Ahmir Wiggins (Dub Salem)
Wiggins is one who has really opened some eyes about his game and what he is able to bring to the floor. Standing at 6’4, Wiggins displays a blossoming skill set and one that can impact the game in a variety of ways. You have to appreciate his competitive nature and willingness to battle on the court, but his ability to impact the game can be felt in several areas. Offensively, he can score in a variety of ways, attacking and finishing at the rim with authority, being physical inside and around the basket, is comfortable in breaking down defenders off the dribble, and also being a perimeter threat with his shot. His versatility both offensively and defensively should appeal to college coaches.
2028 6’3 Donnie Fairley (Team Loaded South)
Fairley is another well-known name that I don’t think gets enough attention as much as he should. This kid is an absolute workhorse as a young prospect. Standing at 6’3, Fairley simply knows how to produce on the court. Time after time, he finds ways to score and finish within the offense, but also is exceptional on the glass. His willingness and ability to rack up double-digit boards are quite impressive, and he can turn several of those into scoring opportunities as well. Fairley plays bigger than listed, and for programs that are looking for true value and production, he is one that should be on many radars.
2026 6’5 Eli Brown (NLPB)
Brown has been one of the most consistent offensive players this summer and is one that I continue to say should get some looks his way. He is an interesting prospect because he can surprise you in so many ways, especially with how effective he can be as a scorer. Time after time, I’ve watched him post 20+ point performances against teams, whether it is stretching the floor from outside, scoring in transition, finishing and creating second-chance opportunities off the glass… Brown just finds a way to fill it up and does so nearly every single time. If you want to talk about a player that brings value, Brown certainly fits that description.
2026 6’7 Mohamed N’Diaye (Roots Rockin 2026)
N’Diaye continues to be a player of intrigue, as the 6’7 prospect from the Greensboro area impacts the game in a variety of ways. With his tremendous length and wingspan, N’Diaye can showcase his offensive ability, running from rim to rim as well as being active around the basket. He shows nice touch and attacks the offensive glass to create extra opportunities. However, what makes him even more interesting is his impact on the defensive end, where he demonstrates fluidity and feel, good timing in altering shots, and is disruptive. N’Diaye, once again, proved that he could be a sneaky prospect to watch more this upcoming season.
2027 6’4 Avery Hicks (DB Elite)
Hicks will be a player that I will have my eyes on this upcoming season, as he is one that truly brings strong value as well as production to the table. As a 6’4 prospect, Hicks just finds ways to make plays and bring value to his team, whether it is scoring down low, playing off the ball and hitting shots, being active on the glass, moving and being active without the ball, or showing strong versatility in being able to guard multiple positions. He has a strong season last year at Wakefield and only got better as the season went on, and as he heads into his junior year, Hicks could be popping up on more radars for college coaches.
