His feel for the game, decision-making, and ability to impact in multiple roles make him a reliable presence and a young guard worth tracking.
2028 Rickey Torrence (Warriors Elite)
Torrence is a sneaky prospect that college coaches should start tracking closely. With good size for his position, Torrence shows a strong ability to create his own looks and consistently get to his spots on the floor. He plays with confidence in his jumper and is effective scoring off the bounce, making him a tough cover for defenders. 2028 Fleet Payne (Team Accelerate)
I have talked about Payne for quite some time now and continue to believe that he is one of the more underrated prospects in the state with what he has shown and all the intangibles he brings to the court. He continues to prove he can be a scorer on the court as a 6’4 prospect, knocking down open shots, scoring off the bounce, and bringing a well-balanced attack. Again though, he has the factors in his game that allow him to run the offense, making quality decisions, creating and facilitating, and being a presence defensively… all at 6’4. Time to wake up about him.
