2026 Gary Wilkins (Vance Charter)

Wilkins has been the go-to option for much of the season for Vance Charter, and he was a strong presence in the Final Four matchup against Southern Wake, finishing with 19 points. Hitting his average in the game, Wilkins brings tremendous size and presence on the floor as a 6’7 prospect. Wilkins has been a strong and consistent presence inside, being effective, finishing strong, and being a presence on the glass. And his team will need him to step up again.

2028 Kaharri Coleman (West Charlotte)

Coleman needs no introduction to fans around North Carolina, as the 4-star prospect who is nationally ranked as well, Coleman looks to lead West Charlotte once again to a title. Coleman can be a load on the court, as he proved that in impressive fashion with 25 points against West Forsyth. As a playmaking guard, he brings tremendous size to his position, playmaking, facilitating, athleticism, and scoring impact, being a true impact player all over the court. One can only expect him to elevate his game once again with a title on the line.

2029 Quantay James (Northern Nash)

Though Northern Nash brings a balanced attack overall and has done so all season long, freshman Quantay James is a name you will want to watch. A star in the making here in North Carolina, James brings a strong offensive firepower to the floor with his size, ability to get to the rim, and overall athleticism. As a 6’5 prospect, he brings versatility to the floor but is one not afraid of the bright lights, as if he could be part of a balanced attack once again. Northern Nash has a strong chance to cut down the nets. He will be a prospect that D1 schools will be looking at for many years.

2027 Ethan Daniel (Kings Mountain)

We have talked a lot about Caleb Nixon for Kings Mountain, which you can read more about his stock rising here (Read Here). But what makes Kings Mountain so dangerous is the balance this team brings, so I’m looking at another junior that had gone under the radar but has proven all season long how critical he is for this team. Daniel brings shot-making and range for this team, as the 6’3 long guard continues to thrive with his ability to get to his spots and be an effective scoring option. When Kings Mountain has these two guys going, they have been tough opponent this season.

2027 Hunter McGrath (Hoggard)

McGrath has been an excellent piece for his Hoggard team, as not only did he shine at the NC Top 80, but he has been consistent all season long. McGrath has been excellent in being able to open up the offense as a high-IQ shot-maker from the floor, as he has proven to mix it up well from outside as well as off the bounce, and even finding ways to get to the line. We wrote about McGrath before the season as a player college coaches should be looking at (Read Here), and he has been consistent throughout the season. Now, Hoggard will need the junior to step up once again for his team in the championship game.
