6’11 Sacha Killeya-Jones (Kentucky) and 6’3 Justice Kithcart (Pitt) has informed Phenom Hoop Report that they will sign their national letter of intent this coming Saturday (November 14th) at the Phenom Hoop National High School Showcase. Kithcart will sign at approximately 11:30am in the media room at Forsyth Country Day while Killeya-Jones will sign at approximately 3:30pm. Kithcart (Durham)and Killeya-Jones (Chapel-Hill) both reside in North Carolina, but attend school in Virginia.
Sacha Killeya-Jones has seen a remarkable rise in the rankings and is now a serious contender for making the McDonald’s All American team. Killeya-Jones stock skyrocketed after a stellar performance at the NBA Player’s Association camp this past summer.
Justice Kithcart also saw his stock rise and became a hot priority for the athletic PG. Kithcart is a Top 80 kid that has been around the Phenom Hoops scene for quite some time now.
Kithcart plays with a chip on his shoulder and can be a takeover kind of guard; one that grinds it out on the court and perfect for the Pittsburgh program.
Here is what was said at the Virginia Top 80 about this young man earlier in the year.
“Time after time Justice Kithcart answers the call, and yet people don’t give him his just due. Kithcart has a great frame, to go along with a quick first step and a strong frame to absorb contact in the lane. With all the gifted physical attributes that Kithcart his, his mentality may be biggest attribute. Kithcart is full of grit and dog, and lets the chip on his shoulder show every time out on the court. No matter who is in front of him, Kithcart will always hold his own and eventually win most battles.”
Lastly, you don’t want to forget the name Grant Williams, as he announced Friday morning that he would be attending Tennessee, the third North Carolina recruit to sign with the Volunteers.
Williams is a solid forward that can stretch the floor with his outside shot while also using his big frame and body to power down low. He will be signing after his game tonight against Oak Hill Academy, which starts at 7:30pm Friday.
