Scouting Report:
- 2026 Zy’Vaun Puckett (Panther Creek) was really good and he is off to a tremendous start in proving once again that he is a talent still available here in North Carolina. The 6’3 guard/wing has an old-school feel with his game, playing with pace, a little swagger, and the ability to be a scoring threat as well as a playmaker on the court. Puckett was the x-factor with his 3-point shooting, going 5-for-7 from behind the arc but also making strong drives, covering ground, and getting to the line. Puckett proved that he could be a late snag for a college program.
- 2028 Aaron Parker had some ups and downs, but it is still pretty clear to see why he is going to be a big-time talent here in North Carolina. The blend of size, fluidity, and athleticism he offers on the court is quite impressive, as he scores at the rim, knocks down shots, creates off the dribble, and shows improvement in his range. He already holds multiple D1 offers and more will be coming his way.
- This Panther Creek is an interesting team, as they have veteran leaders who understand what it will take to win. 2026 Savion Mitchell is a nice piece with his size, ability to finish around the basket, and overall activity. Players like 2028 Camden Hill and Korey Smith are among those who showcase the ability to be impact players. This Panther Creek team is one to really watch as they could make a deep run in the playoffs.
