A guard to keep an eye on more up in the Maryland area is 2028 Terry Brooks III from McNamara High School and Team Durant. Brooks is a rising point guard in the area starting to catch the attention of others around as well as college coaches, proving to be a dynamic guard that can lead the charge. With his ability to create and run the show, as well as effectively bring a balance of scoring and facilitating, Brooks has been a weapon with the ball in his hands. And he continues to develop and grow as a player, as we expect him to have another strong high school season ahead.

Current offers:
Brooks looks to be just starting his recruitment, earning his first offer from Chattanooga not long ago but recently adding an offer from High Point as well. He recently took a visit down to High Point and learned more about the program, as well as getting a chance to showcase his talent, but he has no other visits set up as of yet.
In regard to interests, when speaking to Brooks about it, he mentioned schools like Rutgers, Lehigh, Howard, George Washington, Towson, Boston College, UMBC, Iona, Harvard, and Longwood as schools that have expressed some kind of interest early on.
