#1 Aiden Cook, 5’6 2024 G – Lord knows I love shooters. Watched this kid work a few times now and each game he has dropped bombs from deep. Quick and easy release on him. Always looks square with his shoulders and steps into his shots nicely. I enjoyed watching him this weekend.
#22 Joshua Clark, 5’7 2024 G – Another young guard that impressed this weekend. Has a plus motor and toughness to get the job done on the floor despite giving up some size at the position. Love how he can get after his man on the defensive end. At his best when coming to the ball and turning/going to the basket. Not where he needs to be as a player just yet but can tell he is on his way. If he can keep the motor and hustle while tools develop he might have a chance.
Charlotte Dragons
#26 Edgar Escobedo, 6’7 2024 F – Has gotten stronger as the event has gone on. Sees action on both 14 and 15u teams and is productive on both squads. Has been able to step out all weekend and hit the jumper and has swatted more than a few shots on the defensive end. As he fills out and adds strength will end up being a nice piece. Scholarship level potential here easy if development continues.

#1 Colt Langdon, 6’4 2024 F – Seen him a few times this weekend. Each time he’s put in solid work. May have saved his best for Sunday though as he played tough in this one. Good mix of size/strength in this young big. Not as smooth with it as you’d like to see at this point but most young bigs aren’t. Needs to learn how to play the post and be big. If you have the size you got to use it. No reason for him not to be a bully on the block in this setting. Time is on his side and tools are there, now just needs the mindset and instincts to go with it.
#13 Nick Hailey, 6’1 2024 W – Solid showing from this kid all weekend as well. Good athlete, good instincts, and an easy scorer. Can hit from every level, has a comfort on the ball, and has the ability to defend. Can fade in and out of games at times. Has the tools to be a force start to finish in a game but to get there will need the motor to kick into another gear consistently.
TGB Wildcats
#11 Brady Ambrose, 6’1 2025 F – Big guy in paint shows signs of a developing power player. Very solid on the defensive end of the floor. Challenges anything close and will get to his share of shots. On offense, wants to dribble, never a good idea for a power player in the paint and has some mechanical play at times. At others he will keep it high and make a strong move and play like a big should. May take time for him to round into what he will become but, time is on his side.
Team Charlotte
#23 Ashton Pierce, 5’9 2025 G – Nice-looking young guard. Advanced feel to his game compared to age group. Comfortable with the ball on the bounce, moves well to the open spaces, is athletic, and can defend. Can float around the outside a bit too much and will get caught watching the game at times but when he turns it on he can really go.
#10 Roy Quick, 5’5 2025 G – Small and scrappy lead guard. Aptly named as this kid can move out on the floor. Moves the ball well in the offense, looks to push the tempo when able, and looks for his as needed. Will need to value the ball more as he develops at the PG position and work on the decision making process with the ball in his hands but that will come the more he plays and with coaching. Fun young PG to watch.
#0 Deangelo Hall – Strong young player to watch. Plays with toughness and has an edge. Good showing from him today. Looking forward to seeing him again soon.

#3 Marco Tampoya, 6′ 2025 F – Young big has been a solid performer each time I have seen him. Nowhere near a polished player at this time. Everything here is potential. Needs to get stronger, work on his hands, etc, etc….BUT… He has that length, is always around the ball on the glass (even if he don’t always pull them in), and can score inside some. Always have to wait on a big, but could be worth the wait here if he develops.
#20 Ethan Morgan, 5’9 2025 G – Love me some shooters. Young gunner with a nice stroke from outside. Showed nice pull-up skill as well. Like most young players, needs to get stronger and become better on the ball with the handles. Shot is there though, just needs time to develop the rest.

#30 Kaleb Morrow, 6’3 2025 F – Still like what I see from this kid. Did not have the offensive impact (especially early) in this one that we have seen in other showings but nothing I see is moving me from liking him as a prospect. Would have liked to have seen him do more but I know the tools are here.
#5 TJ Ray, 6’2 2025 W – This team just seems to have a lot of long, lanky athletes. TJ fits that mold perfectly. Long arms/legs suggest he has more room to grow. As that happens he could really develop into a problem for opposing teams. More athlete than player at this point (common for young players) but has a nose for the ball and looks to make things happen out on the floor. Will need to refine his game a lot going forward but is a diamond in the rough work working on.
EA Preps
#6 William Jenkins, 6′ 2022 G – Seen him go a few times this weekend. Every time he’s impressed. Kid is an all day athlete for starters. But hes got the motor and determination to go with it. Stronger than he looks with more bounce as well. Pain in the butt defender as well. Type of kid you like to coach out on the floor for sure.
NGNG
#2 Eric Morgan, 6’3 2022 G – Nice looking guard. Can knife through traffic, create for others, and has a little bounce to him. Looks like a decent combo guard that can give you production at either guard spot.
#8 Jakobi Bobbit, 6′ 2022 G – Stronger guard for his size. Really looks to push the tempo. Head is always up on the break looking to make a play and can make a play for himself and others with equal ease. Plays hard, works it on the defensive end.
#22 Elijah Harris, 6’5 2022 F – Big man moves better than expected. Has good strength, snatches rebounds off the glass hard, and moves surprisingly well in and around the paint. Decent passer out of the post as well which was nice to see in a young big. Was matched up versus more athletic post players and gave them all they wanted in this one.
Flash USA
#30 Elijah Jonson, 6′ 2022 G – See him go a few times now. Usually a solid shooter and producer for his team but could not get it going in the first half. Shooter mentality here for sure as he did not shy away from his looks but needed to dial it in more is all. Even when shot isn’t falling for him he brings value to the floor. Kid can defend, he takes care of the ball, and can get others looks. Might not be the highest ceiling I’ve seen here this weekend but was one of the more solid players.

#11 Caleb Lominac, 6’6 2022 F – Another one of the young bigs we have at this event that shows promise but is still working on putting it all together as a player. Had a bad match-up versus an athletic wing player and was exposed some in space but has the size and tools to defend more traditional bigs nicely. Can score in and around the paint but will need to develop overall offensive game as maturation continues.
#5 Antonio Willis JR, 6’1 2022 G – Really liked the athlete I see in him. Falls into the more athlete than skill category for me at this time but that athleticism is NICE. Long arms seem to get to everything on the defensive end, gets up easy, and rebounds his position well. Has the look of a player with a few more inches of growth to him. If he grows a bit more and develops his hoops skills to go with that athletic ability, could get very interesting as a prospect.
Main Event
#21 Alec Topper, 6’5 2020 W – Really nice piece should find way to college roster with ease. Showed nice pull-up ability from the 3, some bounce to the rim, and defended size well. Floor here is solid for sure as he can do a lot of things well. Not sure he has the top end athleticism you look for on the wing but kid knows how to play and has skill.
#23 Thomas Morris, 6’4 2020 G – Nice looking shooter with length. Always has feet ready and set for the catch and shoot. Needs to do more off the ball and would like to see more from him on the glass but shooters with length are not easy to find. Can see him finding a niche at the next level with his skillset.
Team Together
#4 Seth Johnson, 5’10 2023 G – Diminutive guard has got a jumper. May not have the length or size you look for in a off guard but he does have the stroke. Not a great on ball defender at this time but gives good effort and has the quickness to develop. As he matures and fills out this part of his game should improve.
#0 Marcus Farley Jr, 6’2 2022 G – Another young guard wired to score. Had roughly half his teams points at the half. Got it done from all 3 levels on offense. Will work off the bounce but needs to improve handles in 1 on 1 situations. Decent athlete but does not show that easy bounce we have seen in others. May have it in him, just did not see it in this one.
