2027 6’1 Conner Hodgson (Future Prep NXTPRO)

Hodgson was one who consistently led his team offensively and finished off the event in a big way with a strong 26-point showing. He is one who was able to knock down shots from multiple levels, be a threat from the perimeter, and really step up for his team when they needed him.

2025 Ja’vier Tinnin (Team Legacy Gold)

Tinnin may have had the dunk of the weekend with his one-handed throwdown on a defender, but his overall performance certainly caught a few eyes. Watching him over the last year or so, he continues to make plays as a creator and his ability to attack as well as finish. He presents good quickness, penetrates the defense well, and brings a toughness to the court.

2026 5’11 Ayden Johnson (Team CP3 EYCL)

Though this was a team that had a good overall balance at the guard position, Johnson was one that I was eager to see again after having a strong high school that ultimately led to a title. Johnson continues to put pressure on opponents with speed and quickness, as well as his ability to knock down shots. He sets the tone well, is active on both sides and attacks in transition well.

2026 6’0 Lincoln Raper (Carolina Riptide)

Raper has really been able to open more eyes to his overall game and feel in leading the charge. He impressed with his ability to step up more this high school season and seems to be carrying that into the summer quickly. He is a crafty, high-IQ guard that blends the ability to be a playmaker for others, step up as a scorer, and is one that just plays with poise on the court.

2026 5’11 Deshawn Coulter (Charlotte Aces)

Coulter, a 5’11 point guard, has had a solid start to the summer overall, producing back-to-back weekends and showing a polished overall feel. He is a reliable creator and ball-handler, brings an unselfish play, but also was an effective option in being able to create or knock down open shots from behind the arc.

2027 6’4 Justin Frye (Wildcats Elite)

I was really impressed with Frye’s overall performance and believe this could be a more eye-opening season for him. He has a tremendous blend of size, athleticism, production, and overall impact. He is comfortable in getting to his spots to knock down shots from outside, but he understands how to use his size to his advantage, attack off the bounce, and get to the rim or the free throw line.

2027 Brodie Atkins (Triad Elite)

Atkins was good overall at the event, as he really flourished as an offensive weapon the court. He just seemed to be everywhere on the court, whether it was being a huge threat from behind the arc, finishing well around defenders and attacking downhill, making smart decisions, and being able to make his presence defensively with his activity. He was lighting it up throughout the event but also brought an unselfish feel to his team.

2027 King Kendrick (CP3)

What a year it has been for Kendrick, coming to North Carolina, walking away with a title, and now looking to make an even bigger impression this summer with CP3. Kendrick impressed with his ability to push the pace, attack in transition, and his ability to deliver on-point passes to find his teammates. Quick, crafty guard who can create his own shot, get to his spots, and deliver impressive passes for baskets.
